What you need to know.....

In recent years, the health and fitness consciousness  trend has blown to the high heavens. It's good to know that people are now taking their health more seriously. I'm no expert, but as I've shared in previous posts, I went from a size 22 to my current 14/16 frame! And believe me, the feeling is ecstatic!

Here are some random things that helped me, Kale,Oats etc. Normally I don't drink oat, but because of the benefits I learned about, I blended it ,and used it as a replacement for garri. Sometimes knowing the benefits of certain things just gives you the right motivation.
