Hey people.....so we missed #FCF again...to much going on. Anyhoo, here we have it!! Our stylista for today is Nini Nguyen, Nini is a celebrity  stylist, she has styled a lot of A listers, including everybodys favourite girl... Rihanna!!!

I love Ninis quirky style, she's not afraid to be odd,and she rocks a wide legged trouser well!

20 Nigerian Foods that can aid in weight loss

In one of my posts, I mentioned i've been on a weight loss journey , for a while now, and in those months, i've been able to loose about 33kg. I'm going to share some of the things I was eating, that aided in my weight loss.

• Unripe (Green) Plantain 
• Beans (Cook without oil) 
• Beetroot ( Make into Smoothie or add to your salad)
• Oats
• Ginger tea( Home ground ginger) you can add honey to sweeten 
• Brown rice or Skinny rice
• Pepper soup( Preferably with sea food)
• Oiless okra
• Salad (This can't be over emphasised.... 
• minimal cream)
• Corn meal
• Moin-moin
• Smoothies
• Grilled Fish
• Sweet potatoes
• Irish Potatoes 
• Whole wheat Pasta
• Nuts.... especially walnuts
• Bananas
• Agidi/Eko ( Don't know the English name :-) 
• Avocados

These are some of the foods that helped me maintain a good diet. In other posts, I'll share recipes with you, and ways to combine these foods.

So Eritrea passed a law demanding men to marry at least two wives, or face life imprisonment with hard labour , and any woman that tries to prevent her husband will face life imprisonment.... check out the official statement.

"Based on the law of God in polygamy, an given to the circumstances in which the country is experiencing in terms of men shortage, the Eritrean Department of Religious Affairs has decided on the following:

"First that everyman must marry at least two women, and the man who refuses to do so shall be subjected to life imprisonment with hard labour "

"The woman who refuses for her husband to take another wife shall be punished to life imprisonment "

Hey people..... so I've been AWOL.... extremely busy weekend I had, so we missed out #FCF, decided to still bring it on....

Today's style star is Ene Maya Lawani, the longest reigning beauty Queen in Nigeria, and milliner.... I love love love her style, she's so effortless and everything just sits pretty on her svelte figure.... oh! And she pulls off wide legged trousers sooo well!!!! I'll like to raid her closet someday...
