2015 wedding Trends

Last year was an amazing transition in the event industry, so many beautiful weddings, event planners and event vendors where on top of their game etc etc, We are going to highlight some of the trends that caught our fancy

Lovely Wedding Decor: Shout out to all decorators, it's no mean fit! One minute you are in a bare hall, the next minute they have turned it into an enchanting space

Dessert Corner: Brides didn't take it easy in this area at all.... and the minute it's set up, OMG! And I think any wedding that had this, of course was automatically an "it" wedding

Gorgeous Gorgeous cakes: Gone are the days of plain ol' cakes.... now your cake like every other aspect of the wedding has to be over the top. This can't even be over emphasised

New ways of asking your friends to be part of your bridal party: This is becoming increasingly popular, especially with the "society " brides and grooms to be

 Well plated Food: Gone are the Iya Basira days, these days wedding food is an art on its own, every catering company comes with its A game, and dazzle every one.... like the saying goes " We eat with our eyes first" can I get an Amen somebody???

 Fun wedding pictures : Hmmmn what can I say? Old things have indeed passed away. Photographers have also stepped up their game, you can't find any wanting!

 Candy Station : This like the dessert station is a hit for the guests, especially the youngsters

 The second dress!!! This is almost like a law in the Brides constitution.... like it's a taboo if a bride doesn't change at the reception

 Pre-Wedding Pictures : This in my opinion evolves by the second, some are so cute and creative, others are just plain blaah!!! What in heavens name will I be looking for on a tree because I want to snap "pishure"??? Oh please!

 After Party : Now immediately the older crowd leaves, the turn up begins.... and the turn up now is totally lit!!!
