Did you know?

Did you know that one table spoon of Palm oil has 120 calories? And it also contains 55% of the daily recommendation of saturated fat we should consume??? A lot of us don't know that there are so many of our favorite meals we can prepare without using an ounce of Palm oil. You won't even notice that there's no palm oil in the dish, even if you notice, you won't miss it.
